My client delivers cloud based unified communications services thatmerge traditional voice services, email, conferencing, collaboration andvideo with the Internet. They are a firm with a global reach and adesire to grow with huge plans for the coming months. We are looking for professional, proactive and driven UniversalCommunications Applications Engineers to join a fast-growing UK team. Candidates applying must have previously experience supporting userswith Skype for Business / Lync. Responsibilities Include: Integration of services and solutions to existing and new customers; To manage incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolutionand closure ensuring service level agreement targets are met, in linewith customer contractual SLAs and company ITIL incident management. To complete diagnosis of incidents and either resolve to thecustomers satisfaction using documented processes and procedures orescalate to 3rd Line Application Support using agreed processes. To fulfil standard requests using documented processes and proceduresor escalate to 3rd Line Application Support using agreed processes. Telephony: Voice configuration of Lync server and integration of Lyncto SIPCOMs voice networks Technical Requirements: Unified Communications: Skype for Business, Lync 2010/2013, Exchange2010/2013, Sharepoint 2010/2013 Desired Career driven candidates with strong communications skills and astrong desire for personal development and growth; Previous experience in a 1st / 2nd line service desk / support deskengineer role; Hands on work experience with the above responsibilities/technicalrequirements is required - provided by Dice CLOUD, INCIDENT MANAGEMENT, INTERNET, ITIL, SHAREPOINT, SLA
