About the company

Our client is an award-winning fintech that has only been running for a couple of years and have already won awards in innovation for their state of the art algorithms.

As they moved towards Series B funding after a highly series A funding from leading Fintech investors they are currently experiencing rapid growth.

They are looking to hire a Product Manager who will take over the running of a key squad working in a cross functional team, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering on a roadmap to take them from their current manual process to a more automate process moving forward.

As product is at the core of the business the Product team plays a vital role in the business. The role will involve conducting customer research and working with key teams across the business from the customer teams through the operations, engineering and design teams.

You will break down the roadmap into detailed requirements and test cases and then work with the relevant teams the deliver.

The ideal candidate should have experience with most of the following:

- Extensive experience working as a Product Manager with a track record of working within a complex eco-systems of third party systems and API’s.

-Thrive working in a fast paced environment and taking on complex systems and process and making them simple.

-You comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical people.

-You think data always wins and strive to use data to justify all your key product decisions.
