Marketing Manager (Associate)

A multinational law firm based in Central London is currently looking to recruit a Marketing Manager (Associate) for their London office. My client is looking for between 3 - 4 years of previous marketing experience in the Legal industry specifically. Salary between; £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus benefits.

As a Marketing Manager (Associate) working in a team of 4 people you will be responsible for three key areas; Brand, External Marketing and Communications. Your responsibilities will include:

* Marketing planning and execution, working across a number of areas including; content, design, research and analysis
* Generating copy and other content for communication channels
* Measuring the effectiveness of key marketing initiatives
* Exploiting and aligning the Firm's marketing channels to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
* Producing new ideas for future marketing initiatives
* Increasing the value and impact from effective use of digital marketing and social media channels in campaign delivery
* Ensuring communications and campaigns are client centric
* Leading specific streams of brand activity, particularly substantial areas where the skills required include strong project management/content awareness/design understanding/marketing mix (for instance, as we develop our global employer branding and update our pitch templates)
* Provide, commission and review copy writing, using your editorial skills to help develop compelling external communications
* Present summaries of the firm's directories performance that can fold into pitches and capability statements
* Support in the production of marketing management reports, reporting ROI to the firm's senior leadership team
* Liaise and build relationships with colleagues across the firm to support the development of the quality and consistency of our global directories process
* Liaise and build relationships with sub-editors at the legal directories, understanding what they are looking for, how well the business is addressing their research requests, and picking up issues
* Offering colleagues support and guidance on delivery of marketing campaigns
