Your new role
You will be solely responsible for the Purchase Ledger function on a daily basis including but not limited to: processing purchase orders and matching to invoices prior to posting invoices to supplier accounts, while ensuring the correct authorisation of invoices. Your duties will also include, reconciling supplier statements as well as processing mileage and expenses claims.
What you'll need to succeed
For you to succeed you will need to have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel. You will also be required to work on your own initiative as well as work within a busy team. A numerate and logical approach will see you succeed within this role while being able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
