Temporary ongoing Compliance Administrator job based in Burnley

Your new company is a large organisation, part of a globally recognised brand, and are seeking a temporary ongoing Non-Compliance Administrator to join their team, due to increased workloads and continued growth of the company.
Your new role
Your new role is a Device Compliance Administrator, which will involve a number of key responsibilities. You will be providing support to Customers and Internal/ External team members, for the resolution of non-compliance issues throughout all of their product ranges. You will be working closely alongside Warehouse & Distribution, to ensure timely deliveries, sourcing and installation, working towards KPI's measuring Customer Response Times. You will be carrying out all other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience within a similar role, and be comfortable working on in-house database systems. You must be able to make balanced decisions, and able to work as part of a team, striving to deliver team targets and service levels. You must be highly professional, and feel passionately about providing high quality service.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate that equivalents to £17,000 per annum. You will be paid on a weekly basis every Friday, and receive 28 days holiday per annum. You will receive weekly support from your dedicated Hays Consultant, and you will receive onsite parking.
