Your new company
My client are well known and reputed organisation. They are seeking a purchase ledger clerk to join their existing team.
Your new role
Within this role you will process all purchase invoices in accordance with set procedures and to a set timetable.
Ensure all invoices and purchase orders are authorised in accordance with the Financial Authorities limits.
You will create or assist others in the creation of purchase orders.
You will also manage all filing of processed, pending and disputed invoices. Manage the stationery requirements of all departments
Carry out general accounting duties as required
Any other duties commensurate with the post.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have relevant and recent experience of working within a purchase ledger department. You will also have some experience of working within a credit control environment, although this isn't essential.
