Financial / Investment Call Handler
This company is looking for customer focused candidates to join their new exclusive team in Stirling. As you will be the first point of contact with their customers you will: - Help customers with their initial enquiry regarding purchasing one of their Innovative Property Investment Bonds - Provide an exceptional level of customer service and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond on every single call - Show a passion for delivering first class customer service - Communicate in a clear and engaging manner - Be able to hold effective conservations with clients and convert an enquiry to a sale - Follow set procedures and regulations - Be accurate and carry out checks Ideally candidates will be practical, confident and not take rejection personally. Previous sales experience within financial services would be helpful but not essential, as would currently having either a mortgage or bond personally. Again, not essential but helpful in order to empathise with the customer. Confident mature candidates welcome. Applicants must pass a criminal record check and credit check Candidates should genuinely enjoy telephone contact with customers and be able to communicate professionally both orally and written in English and have previous telephone sales experience and/or financial experience.
