A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Ledger Clerk to work for a successful and fast-growing internet business, reporting to the Finance Manager.

Typical responsibilities include:

Adherence to credit control, accounting, quality and other relevant proceduresDaily processing of all receipts/refundsDaily bank reconciliationSupport function for the Credit ControllerTaking payments by credit/debit card, ensuring that all company procedures regarding the processing of credit card payments are adhered toContinuous review of Sales administrative proceduresAll other reasonable administrative duties, including filing and archivingSkills:

Experience of Sales LedgerExcellent MS Excel skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a teamMotivated, driven with a desire to develop your skillsOrganised, logical and efficientAdvanced MS Excel UserThe successful candidate will receive the following benefits:
