IT Support Technician / Software Support / Accounts / Invoice / Stock / Purchasing Software Support Technician Chesterfield Up to 25,000 Your new role As a result of our continuing success, my client has a vacancy for a Post Go Live Support Technician. This position involves supporting a customer during the Go Live period of two weeks immediately after the Go Live team have left site. Full training will be given but my client does expect a commitment to learn what customers require from their business system and how the business delivers the solution to these challenges. The ideal candidate A good listener. A keen interest in business and Information Technology and how companies in the IT marketplace work. The ability to guide customers through scenarios they may not have experienced using software before. Well organised with a determination to succeed. Driving license as this role may involve some driving throughout the UK. A self-starter, who can work on their own initiative whilst working within the company model and therefore be a team player as required. Microsoft Office skills ie Word,Excel etc A basic understanding of databases would be a definite advantage. Any exposure to reporting tools e.g Crystal Reports. Any SQL skills would be advantageous An understanding of Accounts and computerised systems. SOP/POP and stock exposure.
