IT Support Analyst 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Excellent Salary Edinburgh Meraki are working with an impressive and established financial services company in the Edinburgh who are looking for a skilled Support Analyst to join their support team and provide first and second level support over the phone and at the deskside. The role is for a fixed term of 12 months and will involve shifts covering the helpdesk between the hours of 7am and 6pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with this great company Responsibilities of the Support Analyst Answering calls and emails sent to the it Helpdesk. Appraising customers IT issues and providing first and second level support where appropriate, escalating to third line or specialist teams when necessary by using a ticket system. Attempting to resolve as many IT issues as possible before escalating to more senior or specialist teams. Providing first and second line support on a broad range of corporate systems both Windows and Mac based. Background of the Support Analyst Experience of working on a busy IT Helpdesk. Experience of providing first and second line support. Knowledge of supporting a range of corporate Windows based systems including Outlook, Exchange, Active Directory and MS Office.
