The College is seeking an Estate Manager who will play an important part in the effective operation of the College, ensuring that the College provides a pleasant, safe and secure environment for students, staff and visitors. You will be responsible for the organisation and oversight of building services and maintenance, involved in both strategic planning and day to day operations.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will have a relevant qualification in facilities management with a minimum of a NEBOSH General Certificate.
