Help Desk Administrator temporary position in Chandlers Ford

Your new company
A fast paced facilities management company with a passion for both excellent client and customer service. A modern, mid sized building with over thirty staff in an open plan environment.

Your new role
Your new role will include a range of administration duties and require you to be diverse, using initiative to multitask and prioritise specific tasks if needed. Your role will involve being on the phone and using in-house computer systems for a large part of the day. You will also spend time liaising with the team and manage some schedules within the office.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to speak confidently on the phone. You will need to have good experience with various computer systems and some diary management experience would be beneficial.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a short term contract starting as asap with the possibility of an extension. You will receive between £9.50 and £10.50 per hour and onsite parking. You will benefit from working in a great team with vast experience of office support and other areas.
