This is your chance to join us. As Senior RAN Designer, you'll drive the continuous improvement of radio access design at one of the UK's leading mobile networks. As part of the RAN Design and Performance team, you'll be a tech-whizz with an ability to seek out solutions that improve customer experience. It's a fast-paced role that'll keep you on your toes - from deep-diving into our network of KPIs to coordinating with third parties, you'll find simple and effective ways for us to ensure we achieve our Best Network objectives. You'll keep a keen eye on the latest developments within our industry and be our go-to expert for all things RAN, ensuring we continue to provide the best levels of service to our wonderful customers. What you'll do: Drive new feature and technology evaluation and design to improve both RAN performance and customer experience Analyse RAN and customer experience KPI trends to maintain and exceed KPI targets Work closely with other departments and third parties to recommend fixes to network underperformance Define and monitor RAN performance and optimisation processes Develop world-leading end-to-end solutions on time and within budget. You'll definitely: Have extensive experience working with business-critical mobile systems or networks Bring in-depth knowledge of 2G/LTE parameters and features Show an ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners Display an aptitude for delivering innovative technical solutions Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills Have a technical mind and eye for detail What's in it for you?
