Role summary As part of our global Marketing organisation, this role will support avariety of marketing automation projects such as predictive marketingand account based marketing. You will be systems and data focused butalso have a wider understanding of marketing, and work with a range ofstakeholders across the organisation to ensure the success of projectsand campaigns. This role reports to the Global Head of MarketingTechnology & Systems, within the Central Marketing function. What you'll be doing As Global Marketing Automation Specialist you will implement marketingautomation processes and manage marketing campaigns. This will includeemail and landing page creation, program setup, data segmentation andreporting. This is a very hands-on role, so someone with directexperience creating and running campaigns in Marketo is essential. Itwould also be advantageous if you have experience with ora similar CRM tool, in particular its reporting capabilities and globalnurture campaign execution. As your role is central to the Marketingteam, you will be managing relationships with key stakeholders in theorganisation, therefore experience with training and presenting isadvantageous. What we're looking for Knowledge: Previous hands on experience of using Marketo, and Marketo certification is highly desirable Experience with HTML, CSS, and email creation Usage of CRM system, preferably Technical aptitude and theability to learn new systems quickly and become an expert user Campaign management Knowledge of lead scoring and lead journeys Data segmentation/analysis PowerPoint report building Skills: Extremely detail-oriented Experience creating and delivering training Ability to work effectively as a member of a cross-functional team, and skilled in stakeholder management Self-motivated and highly driven to exceed set goals, and able to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines Understanding of marketing concepts Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal About BAE Systems Applied Intelligence We help nations, governments and businesses around the world defendthemselves against cyber crime, reduce their risk in the connectedworld, comply with regulation, and transform their operations.
