Service Delivery Manager - City of London - Up to 65k + benefits A large technically advanced business based in central London requiresan experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their team. Yourresponsibilities will include managing the 1st & 2nd line supportteams, incident, problem & change management functions and 3rd parties. You will need to have good technical knowledge which you can draw uponto make informed decisions based on the internal tech teams'recommendations. As the Service Delivery Manager you require the following: *Several years' experience in a service delivery, change and servicetransition management position. *Knowledge of industry best practises for ISO27001, GDPR and ITIL. *Good understanding of PC / Server / LAN architecture and the software/ hardware that accompanies it. *Business awareness, commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
