Senior C# .NET Developer | Shipley, West Yorkshire | £40,000-£50,000 + 10-15% Bonus

I?m working with a well-established technology provider in Shipley, who are currently recruiting for a Senior C# .NET Developer to join their team ASAP.

You will be joining a well-established and highly regarded organisation with a strong client base across Europe and North America. Every 6 months the business shares out a percentage of its profits across the entire work force, meaning employees regularly receive an annual bonus of around 10-15%. Starting salaries on offer are £40,000-£50,000, flexible working hours are also available.


  • High level technical experience in C#
  • Object oriented development in C# and .NET using Visual Studio
  • User interface implementation using WPF and XAML or WinForms
  • Unit testing (MS Test and MOQ) and awareness of test methodologies
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Debugging .NET applications using a variety of tools
  • Service orientated architecture using REST Web Services, WCF or .NET Remoting
  • Software development tools for version control (Git), debugging, profiling, code coverage etc.

Ideal experience:

  • Good exposure working with Web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, RESTful Web Services)
  • Experience working with Cloud-based technologies (Azure, AWS, WCF)
  • Continuous Integration using MSBuild & Jenkins

You will be responsible for developing enterprise level applications in C# / .NET, working as part of an Agile/Scrum team. You should be comfortable working within a client facing capacity, this role will expect some work within their clients head office (Midlands based) for the first couple of months.
