Internal Communications Manager
An exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager has emerged, provide a 3-6 month consultancy assignment with a leading FMCG/ Consumer business. You will be responsible for testing and implementing the internal communications program; communicating to a global department in research and development and working with a virtual and physical team to provide best-in-class communications.

The successful Internal Communications Manager will be available almost immediately and focus on the below responsibilities;
- Flawless communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven writing skills for a variety of media; and a deliverance of working with senior executives in planning and executing communications to tight objectives and deadlines.
- Someone who can quickly understand the nature of the program and devise innovative ways to inspire and engage stakeholders, this project specifically focusing on Research and Development (R&D) and Supply Chain employees.
- You should also enjoy working in a highly matrix organisation with large teams UK based and virtually based in global destinations.
The successful Internal Communications Manager will be able to understand the audience, R&D and Supply Chain and be an exceptional team player, able to engage and influence key stakeholders from global destinations, driving a best-in-class execution of the internal change communication program. You must have a matrix organisation background, ideally from the private, FMCG and/or Consumer sectors and be available for immediate contact and start.
A contract of 3 Months initially, with the opportunity to extend.
