Technical Services Manager
Our client are a leading provider of technical facilities management and energy solutions, with a reputation of building partnerships with their clients based on transparent account management and continuous innovation. They are now looking to recruit a Technical Services Manager, to join a successful engineering/maintenance based in one of the most exciting and iconic addresses in the world.
Working closely with the Account Manager, you will help deliver a range of technical services through your leadership of a highly skilled engineering team. Your diplomatic skills will see you gain trust and flexibility from the client's various stakeholders in order to deliver a best in class service.
Services Delivered on 24x7x365 basis will be:
Access/security control and CCTV systems, Lifts & Escalators, M & E maintenance, Fabric maintenance, Statutory Compliance.
You will have a strong background in building services, have excellent leadership and diplomatic skills. Experience planning large HV shutdowns will be beneficial as will an appreciation of steam plant.
