Project Manager - Transformations & Systems Implementation
A growing and successful company specialising in the provision of Leadership and Team Development, Employee Engagement & Communications and Talent Management & Assessment are on the hunt for a Project Manager too lead the transformation of their back-office systems on a Fixed Term Contract.
They are looking to replace the current ERP/PSA and General Ledger systems with one or more systems. The scope of the project will include: Project Management of Client projects, Resourcing, Configuration, Price & Quote system, Time & Expenses, General Ledger, Case management / booking of work with 3rd parties and MI & Reporting

* Create and manage the overall project plan to ensure on time, on quality and on budget delivery
* Drive completion of tasks with workstream leads
* Track dependencies and escalate where required
* Manage the project risk log and work with the steering group and workstream leads to ensure risk mitigations are in place as required
* Write RFI and RFP documentation and manage the processes with the responding suppliers including scoring, capturing feedback, assessing against requirements
* Work with chosen suppliers to ensure that we have clear scope documentation and pricing agreed and that all contractual elements are in place
* Work with the Internal Communications Manager to deliver the project comms and engagement plan, including writing updates for the Board and project steering group.
* Create and manage the project stakeholder map
* Support teams to ensure that requirements and data mapping for the project are captured effectively and tracked as part of delivery
* Plan and execute the project steering group meetings, managing the agenda, papers and calendar invites, taking notes and actions from the meeting and recording decisions
* Track the project vs signed off budget and report against this as part of the governance processes
* Ensure that project change and scope are tracked as part of the agreed governance processes or separate meetings, assessing impact of any changes and gaining sign off before they are accepted into project scope

* Extensive Technical and Business Project Management experience, specifically ERP/PSA implementation - must have delivered end to end a significant (i.e. multi stream) ERP/PSA implementation, preferably in a professional services environment and including data cut over
* Excellent communication skills, to include first class writing ability - particularly able to translate the technical for non-technical project team members
* Ability to write requirements with business users
* BA and data skills - to support requirements writing, mapping or updating processes or data
* Strong attention to detail
* Self-starting problem solver with drive, optimism who is not phased by managing ambiguity
* Evidence of building strong stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally with 3rd party vendors
* Ability to prioritise effectively, meet tight deadlines and maintain quality
* Evidence of delivering projects on budget
* Team player
* Excellent Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
