FP&A Manager, Southampton £50 - 60K (14 Month Contract / Interim Assignment)
My client is an international business services organisation that deals with a range of clients across several sectors and is a leader in its field. Due to maternity cover they have a requirement to recruit a FP&A Manager to support the UK and European business segments.
Working as part of the finance team based in the Southampton area this role will have exposure locally and across the European operations with some international travel. There will be a key focus on Business Partnering with non finance operations in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high quality FP&A support to European and UK operations.
- Supporting the business to ensure operational costs are optimised in line with budgets and KPIs whilst driving operational costs savings to improve business margins
- Develop the budgeting and forecasting process including providing support to Business Managers to improve their budget development and analysis skills
- Play a key role in delivering the P&L and balance sheet objectives of the business areas you are supportingThe successful candidate will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) ideally with experience gained within an international business environment. .
Proven experience of developing budgeting and forecasting allied to strong business partnering skills are a pre-requisite for the position. An enthusiastic approach and the ability to successfully drive change are also highly beneficial.
