An experienced VIP IT Support Analyst to manage 1st + 2nd line deskside support and delivery of the operational service including configuration of desktops/laptops/mobile devices, printers, telephony and VC equipment

Experience of most of the following: Cisco VC and collaboration tools, MS O365 Suite & Win 7/10, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, Cloud, VPN, MDM (Android, Windows & iOS), ITIL

What do they need?
An experienced VIP IT Support Analyst to manage 1st and 2nd line deskside support and delivery of the operational service including configuration of desktops/laptops/mobiles devices, printers, telephony and video conferencing equipment

What will I be doing?
Providing 1st and 2nd line desktop support and also providing support to laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephony and video conferencing equipment for VIP's/Senior Exec's on a shift basis
Resolving issues quickly and taking ownership of any escalations through to closure, managing activities through a number of third party vendors
Providing advice and guidance on the technology the community uses to improve their effectiveness and give 1-1 training on new services
Communicating and driving restoration of service for unplanned outages managing the expectations of the community
Management of Video Conferencing and Telephony equipment

What will I bring?
Proven IT Support experience at 1st and 2nd line level, including support of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephony and video conferencing equipment
Confidence, professionalism and an independent mind-set, with the ability to produce fast results under pressure
The ability to proactively deliver and strive to exceed service expectations
Technical knowledge of most of the following: Cisco video conferencing and collaboration tools, MS Office365 Suite & Win 7/10, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, Cloud, VPN, MDM, (Android, Windows and iOS) Basic Networking skills, ITIL
