Working as part of the European Product Development team based in London with colleagues in Berlin, you will enable commerce at scale and have massive customer impact. The group is responsible for improving the experience of 25 million sellers worldwide.
We expect the right person to be an expert in software engineering and have good knowledge of what it means to work with large and/or distributed systems. We also require a well-rounded full stack developer, with strong Back End skills. Furthermore, we need someone who lives and breathes Agile development, can focus on delivering, and wants to take a leading role in improving how the client works. You will finally be an advocate of Pair Programming.
This is a client continually striving for the highest quality and to work in small focused teams following bits of Scrum, bits of Kanban, with a healthy dose of Extreme Programming (p.s these aren't buzzwords, we mean it when we say that they really do this stuff).
The cross-functional teams have Product Management, all aspects of Product Development (including DevOps and Test), and UX all working together every day.

Package on offer:
- A base in line with experienced and grade. 55K for mid level to 70k for senior level.
- A 10% performance bonus.
