West Midlands based leisure wear company are looking to recruit an Export Sales Product Executive for their busy warehousing and supply operation. Duties will involve:

- To be the primary resource to compile and present in an audience applicable format any required company data, market research or sales analysis whilst overseeing product data integrity.

- Play a key role in the production of marketing collateral and maintenance of ecommerce platforms, including, but not limited to, catalogue production, promotional materials, web projects and Amazon & Ebay seller platforms

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1.Data Analysis Providing insight from business & external data to assist in commercial decision making to achieve enhanced profitability and growth

1.1Primary resource for intelligence gathering from business data, along with market and competitor information

1.2Present data visualisations to senior management and other key stakeholders in a suitable manner for the relevant audience contextualising findings in a manner to aid commercial decision making

2.Data Integrity

2.1Effective management of all data across multiple sales channels

2.2Challenge existing procedures to ensure data integrity across the business

2.3Work with existing teams to promote the importance of correct data and create buy in across the business

2.4Close workings with purchasing team to gather supplier information to feed internal data

3.Reporting Understanding, enhancing and automating existing reports within the business

3.1. Challenge integrity of existing reports and ease of use to improve processes and procedures moving forward

3.2. Identify new processes and systems for data extraction

4.Management of external ecommerce platforms (Amazon & Ebay)

4.1With Marketing Manager compile strategic visions for both platforms future use and plans to achieve outlined goals

4.2Implement and maintain product listings in line with the business strategy for these sales channels

4.3Primary support for internal teams in relation to external ecommerce platforms

5.Oversee Annual Catalogue Production Process

5.1Conducting sales review of all catalogue listings to make strategic decisions for catalogue content for the following production cycle

5.2Market research and gap analysis to provide suggestions for new product and/or range inclusions.

5.3Collation of all data required for the catalogue production

5.4Close workings with purchasing department to ensure data integrity across the business, utilising purchasing team to liaise with suppliers for additional support

6.Data Content Production for Project Work

6.1Collation of any required product data for both online and offline projects

6.2Assist Marketing Manager & Web Manager is the readying of data for web projects (along with general maintenance)

7.Support and Facilitate Marketing Manager to drive marketing department forward, increasing company revenue and profitability

7.1Provide Marketing Manager with data as requested to assist with commercial decisions

7.2Assist Marketing Manager with sales analysis as required to review campaigns

7.3Pickup key routine marketing activities in a stop gap / covering role` in the absence of Marketing Manager or other team members

8.Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job and participate in any appropriate training and development activities.

9.Cooperate with the company on health and safety matters and comply with the company health and safety policy and procedures.

10.Cooperate with the company on quality matters and comply with the company quality policy and procedures to promote a culture of customer service excellence within the company.

11.Carry out any other related duties, within reason, as requested by management.
