We are a comprehensive refund protection provider covering any booking from any sector. We are looking to recruit a Technical Support Analyst for our Yeadon office.
As the business has grown the demands of our customers, clients and internal teams have grown along with it. We require additional resource to help manage the needs and demands of these customers. This position is based in the Technology Team.
The primary focus of the role will be to provide front line support to customers. Answering their technical questions and helping them to resolve issues they are experiencing whilst using our published technology. Good communication and strong understanding of web based technologies are required for this role.
The jobholder will be required to assist business areas in data correction and ad-hoc reporting.
The role allows for development of new software to support the daily tasks of the role and enhancement of the existing technology stack to enable users to self-serve their requests.

- Good understanding of basic data security and data protection. GDPR training would be beneficial.
Technical skills and experience required
·Excellent written communication skills
·Good understanding of web browsers and web communication
·Ability to diagnose common web browser issues
·Familiar with web debugging tools in both Windows and Mac
·SQL query basics
·Keen to learn
·Node JS + Express
·Amazon Web Services (AWS)
