To be considered for this role you must be a graduate with a passion for Special Needs or Child Psychology and will be supportive and caring with a "firm but fair" approach. The school wishes to work with graduates who have the ambition to become Educational Psychologists, Child Psychologists or teachers keen to build relevant experience in a paid role providing support for children who have autism and communication difficulties.

You will be working mainly one-on-one with the students, which will provide you with excellent experience should you wish to further your career in this field. The successful candidate must possess a strong academic background, achieving at least a 2:1 in a relevant subject.

It would be ideal if you had previous experience of working within a school or educational setting, or be a strong graduate who is incredibly keen to pursue a career within education and become a teacher.
