Are you looking for a fresh challenge within IT for a software imaging company? Are you technically minded with 2-3 years in 1st line support?
With flexible working hours (office based), performance based bonus, and 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays).

Due to growth this 1st Line Support role will report to the Service Manager, working for a global leader in their field, developing software applications to the healthcare sector. Working alongside the 1st Line Support team at their offices in Oxford, you must be technically minded, helping customers with set up, installation and use of the software.
Travel will be required (UK & International) to other sites and trade fairs.

`` Proficient in IT networking
`` Windows desktop (XP, Vista etc) and Microsoft office suite, remote access and CRM systems
`` Excellent attention to detail/data entry
`` Experience working on server platforms
`` Knowledge Virtual Machines
`` Fluent English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

`` Medical or clinical field experience
`` Knowledge of Citrix
`` Experience working with medical imaging domains such as DICOM and PACS (preferable).
`` Second European language would be advantageous
`` Software application training
`` Understanding regulated ISO 9001 Medical Device standard.

Salary package -
£25k+ - depending on experience
Performance based bonus
Up to 3% pension contributions matched.
