My Client are a Global Media company renowned for having the highest calibre of Clients and one of the best working environment.

My client is looking for an experienced 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer that is customer focused and a natural problem solver.

Key responsibilities will include Providing on site support to all staff including VIP's and senior Management

Your role will be to join an expanding team who provide day to day support and assist in the delivery of projects

Professional/Technical Skills Needed:

  • Excellent communication skills written & verbal
  • Experience supporting Windows & Mac environments
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot pro actively
  • Excellent grounding of Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Windows Server 2012
  • Experience of supporting Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office 2007/2010
  • Experience of Mobile/PDA support ie IPhones, including device configuration, connectivity, device user training
