Digital Marketing Supervisor in Norwich

CloudScope are proud to be working alongside a provider of sports apparel and equipment within the sports industry. Due to future growth targets, they are looking to take on a Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead the Marketing team, focused on servicing existing accounts in the sports industry and securing new business.

The Role

  • Creating content for websites and maintaining activity
  • Cooperating with software developers to enable search engine optimisation
  • Analysing web traffic to company websites and provide updates
  • Liaise and brief creative design manager to create appeasing web pages
  • Think out of the box about innovative approaches to marketing
  • Maintain and creating social networking channels
  • Know about social networking and viral marketing campaigns
  • Writing initial copy for email marketing campaigns and press releases
  • Creating and developing our online sports brochures
  • Demonstrating, managing and understanding what makes a good online marketing campaign
  • Lead and manage weekly, monthly and yearly events and exhibitions
  • Demonstrate an effective mix of creative and technical skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Willingness and ability to meet deadlines effectively
  • Highly-motivated attitude when dealing with tasks at hand
  • Intermediate Adobe CS package skills
  • Finding new developments to enhance online service and shop
  • Managing productivity of campaigns
  • Attending conferences, product launches and networking events
  • Produce or commissioning promotional material
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with new and existing key accounts

The Candidate

  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Lead from front and have ‘hands on’ approach to develop new business
  • Possess strong analytical, numeracy and literacy skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Living and permitted to live in UK and possess full valid driving license
  • Proven record of achievement in marketing and brand building
  • Passion sport
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
