IT Support Analyst - London. A well-established business in the property industry is looking for a personable 1st line IT Support Analyst to join its support team.
This position would suit a personable, technically savvy Helpdesk Analyst who is looking to develop a career within IT. You will provide 1st line support for all user issues and will deliver an impeccable customer experience.

Candidates with commercial experience of providing IT Support would be preferred, however applications are also welcome from bright, customer aware problem solvers with a passion for IT, who either have a degree in a related field or have been through a recognised IT training scheme.

In this role you will provide a proactive IT service within a busy environment for all business systems. You will support Windows 7/10 desktops, Active Directory, Office 365, MS Office and mobile devices, and will gain exposure to Windows Server 2012 and MS SQL.

Please note that you will need to have a high level of mobility as a willingness to travel to sites across London is an essential requirement of the role. It is also expected that you will be on call on alternate weekends so a flexible approach to work is a prerequisite.
