Help Desk - Technical Support - Cloud Solutions -Office 365 & Hyper V

Our client based in Didcot is one of the leading IT Solutions companies in Oxford. Through increased demand this managed services provider are looking to recruit a 2nd line support technician to join their friendly and dynamic Service Delivery team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following key areas:

** Desktop & Server Support
** Hyper V
** Logging and prioritising all customer / client calls
** Active Directory
** Troubleshooting in a Windows 10 environment
** Office 365
** Strong Networking Skills- Routers & Switches
** Exchange Server
