The key purpose of this role is to provide support and assist with all of the Accounts Receivable functions. To be responsible for assigned aspects of the daily and monthly banking process.

Key accountabilities

The position will involve you processing direct debits, set up refunds for customers, reconciling customer accounts, maintaining data records and preparing month end reports.
You will be providing support to the Accounts Receivable functions in the business, while being primarily responsible for assigned aspects of the daily and monthly banking process.


The successful candidate will be passionate individual by nature who will be enthusiastic and highly motivated to join our fun, open plan and vibrant contact centre in the heart of Leicester. Skills & experience

To thrive in this role you will need to have an education to a GCSE level (including grade C or above in Mathematics and English) or A-Levels, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a finance department within a commercial organisation and Microsoft Office competency. Further to this you will be knowledgeable in double entry accounting and journals.
As a passionate and motivated employee, ideally you would be studying towards an AAT qualification with previous knowledge using FinancialForce.
