IT Support / Helpdesk Analyst

Surrey / South West London

Salary - £25k-28k - 2 Yr Fixed Term Contract

An Global Engineering Brand currently seek a talented Helpdesk Support Analyst , based out of their UK HQ near Kingston Upon Thames - supporting internal clients worldwide.

As an IT Support Analyst, you will:

* Provide 1st /2nd Line support - resolving issues over the telephone, face-to-face and via e-mail.
* Resolving IT issues, deploying new software and equipment as requested and authorised.
* As an active member of the global helpdesk team, support the Company's internal client base, engaging and actively contributing to ensuring IT's customers have the capabilities to undertake their duties.
* Review and assign helpdesk tickets to other helpdesk personnel as applicable.
* Assist in the administration of user accounts and other services.

IT Support Analyst - Skills Required :

* Experienced in a 1st line IT Support position - ideally in a service desk environment
* Microsoft Windows Server 2003 onwards
* Microsoft Windows Active Directory
* Microsoft Office 2007 onwards
* Supporting Dell Hardware (desirable)
