A 1st line support position has recently become available with one of our reputable clients in Egham Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a passion for IT and 2 years + technical experience prior to this application.

Ideally my client is looking for this person to have come from an IT Solutions company previously. This role will also involve client site visits, projects and telephone / remote support.

This candidate will be based locally where He or She will provide technical remote support to non technical users. This position will provide key training to someone who is looking to develop into a Senior Engineer role.

** Technical Support with a managed services Company
** Microsoft Active Directory
** Driving Licence NEEDED
** Call Logging / Remote Support
