Trainee Project Manager/ Graduate Project Manager required. Our client is a leading specialist in the installation, servicing and maintenance of a variety of HVAC systems. Including but not limited to - Air Conditioning and Ventilation. Our client has also expanded their service portfolio to include products in the Renewable Energy sector, namely heat pumps.

This would role would be very well suited to an ambitious graduate of mechanical engineering, renewable energy or sustainable energy background. The role is an entry-level position within an established company with training and progression on offer for the successful candidate.

The role will be predominately based at their Winchester office, where the Trainee Project Manager will be tasked with aiding in the supervision of current and forecast projects. The graduate project manager will also perform site visits throughout the South of England completing pre-installation site surveys to ensure the successful delivery of the project as well as highlighting any potential issues with the site.

The ideal candidate will be located in or close to the Winchester area.

Trainee Project Manager/ Graduate Project Manager Position Requirements

  • A degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or Renewable Energy
  • Basic understanding of heat pumps
  • Driving Licence
  • Based within a commutable distance of Winchester such as Portsmouth, Southampton, Alton, Basingstoke, Andover etc.

Trainee Project Manager/ Graduate Project Manager Position Remuneration

  • Basic Starting Salary of £16k-20K
  • 25 days holiday +Bank Holidays
  • Training
