The pharmacy would suit a pharmacist who is keen to engage with the local community and build a pharmacy business through a number of different channels. My client is looking for a motivated and well organised Pharmacist who is able to quickly adapt to new situations and work independently.
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate a real "can do" attitude and the desire and ability to work closely with your colleagues to build a successful pharmacy business. Core strengths include strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills, the ability to set clear objectives for the team whilst mentoring them to develop their skills and knowledge. An effective communicator you will be able to engage effectively with patients, clinical and medical professionals and motivate your team.
The role is Full time & Permanent opportunity working a Monday to Friday week with alternating Saturdays with a midweek day off.
Additional requirements are as follows:
- GPhC registered pharmacist
- Willingness and ability to train and develop your team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and engage the local community to increase patient care and pharmacy services
