Great training available. Focus on work life balance. The role To work within the Service Management environment reviewing and resolving incidents as raised by the customers. You can really make a difference in the world of healthcare in this role! Responsibilities To establish quality working relationships with end users helping them solve their problems in a timely fashion. Establish and maintain high levels of incident ownership. Help support the team with development of diagnosis, analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve required service levels. Essential skills Application Support experience with preferably a software vendor. Understanding of Microsoft SQL or Oracle Databases. High level of Customer Service Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Desirable skills Any experience within a pathology laboratory IT support role or order communications systems management role. ITIL certifications.
