Programme Manager, Credit Operations
Our client is a leading Banking Group who are looking to appoint a senior Interim Consultant to play a critical role leading and managing the outcomes testing on a regulatory remediation programme.
Working with the Head of Collections, the Programme Manager will be responsible for leading, managing and advising a large remediation team of 30-40 testers within Credit Operations and Collections. The role will lead the outcomes testing, reviewing customer interactions and providing assurance to senior executives that the outcomes are in line with regulatory principles relating to conduct regulations. As a senior programme leader and Subject Matter Expert, the incumbent will engage will senior stakeholders to provide assurance of best practice and to provide regular progress updates.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record leading a remediation exercise within a similar Financial Services firm. Ideally with strong SME expertise within Credit Operations and Collections, the successful candidate should possess excellent knowledge of the conduct regulations as applied to Credit Operations within a Bank. The candidate should also have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
