Change Recruitment are currently partnered with their Financial Services client based in Glasgow The role will be based within the Enterprise Management Team which is part of Service Design & Change situated in Clydebank. The team manage and support infrastructure and application event monitoring & alerting platforms, capacity planning, IT Service Management and capacity planning toolsets. The focus of the role will be technical lead for IT Service Management and systems monitoring technologies across the bank. Essential Skills - Experience of technical lead/subject matter expert role - Thorough understanding of IT Service management & systems monitoring stacks - Industry experience of managing & supporting service management and systems monitoring toolsets - Strong knowledge and experience of monitoring on Windows and UNIX/LINUX platforms - Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to influence and drive change - Exceptional communication skills - Strong problem solving skills - Exposure to risk and control concepts We would like you to have...
