CRM Support / Business Analyst

A CRM Support Analyst / Business Analyst is required to join a growing start up financial software company. This position will sit within the Support team in order to learn the technical aspects of the job, with the aim to become a Business Analyst within 36 months. Our client offers exciting projects and career opportunities, and are looking for individuals who are passionate about Investment Management, FinTech and who are enthusiastic about their work.

The CRM Support Analyst will be required to join a diverse team of people, working alongside the developers and third line support team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small company with growing ambitions who are implementing an industry leading solution for Wealth and Investment Management on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.


EITHER experience working as a Business Analyst OR experience working in technical support with a keen interest in moving into a BA position
CRM experience is essential
Financial Services experience would be beneficial
13 years working in 3
rd line support
2.1 or above achieved at Degree level


Sit within Support team alongside Developers and those working in Third Line Support to learn about the companys CRM product
Trouble shooting and running queries
Liaison and managing feedback to clients
At 36 months within the business, you would move to a Business Analyst position where responsibilities would include managing business requirements, being the primary contact with client and managing all aspects of projects
