ETL Developer - ODI

Responsibilities:

  • Emphasis of the work is on integration and modelling.
  • Ability to participate in analytics projects to ensure efficiency and quality from a data warehouse perspective.
  • Develop custom knowledge modules in line with requirements.
  • Gather user requirements and translate these into dimensional models, star-schema and fact tables.
  • Shell scripting and Unix operating system.

Skills and experience:

  • ODI, OBIEE, Oracle.
  • Experienced in Data Warehousing.
  • Data Analysis and Data Modeling.
  • "Marketing views" and "customer 360" appreciation.
  • Used to working in a Dev-Ops environment.
  • Fully conversant with Kimball approach to development.
  • Able to develop across the entire Data Warehouse Stack (data ingestion through to reporting).
