Engineering Database Change Administrator
Organise, chair and minute Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings in a timely
manner in accordance with project lifecycle phase.
Process Engineering changes from creation to completion, liaising with Program
Management, Design, Logistics, Manufacturing and Purchasing.
Assist in decision making to ensure the Change Process is applied consistently and
Experience in Configuration Management and Data Management within an
Engineering environment is essential.
Experience in using a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), or Product Data
Management (PDM) tool is desirable.
Excellent communication skills are crucial as the Change Administrator is key in
ensuring activities conducted by various disciplines are effectively managed, enabling
smooth implementation of Engineering Change.
Developing product knowledge is essential to enable adequate support to be provided
across all disciplines.
Be able to adapt to working with new tools/programmes to a high standard.
Must be computer literate and have a proven competency on Microsoft Excel, MS
