The Role We are now tasked with sourcing a talented and experienced Senior Private Client Lawyer to join our clients` flourishing practice in Farnham. As part of a close-knit team, the successful Lawyer will handle a full and varied caseload of Wills and Probate matters which may include: drafting simple and complex Wills; applications for Grants of Probate; estate administration; LPAs and; elderly client matters. Additionally, the ideal Lawyer will participate in business development activities to assist with the further growth and success of the department and firm as a whole. The Candidate You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 7 years` plus PQE gained within a reputable Private Client department. You must have excellent technical skills with expertise encompassing all aspects of Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts. You will possess first class client care and communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach. Prior business development experience would be highly advantageous. You will be IT literate. You will be a team player with a high level of commercial awareness and client focus.
