Reed are currently on the lookout for a hands on Digital Campaigns Project Manager to join one of the leading housing associations based in London Bridge.

About your role:

  • You'll be responsible for supporting the achievement of sales targets, maximising return on marketing spend (ROI) and improvement of brand awareness and perception
  • Working with the wider business, across a range of projects and campaigns, ensuring the output is both strategically relevant; financially viable and delivered on time
  • Operate effectively at all levels by developing strong, enduring relationships with your stakeholders

Planning and Implementation:

  • Support the Head of Marketing with the development of the vision and strategy for digital marketing
  • Scope and develop the strategic marketing plan for digital marketing activity, including paid channels and Social Media
  • Content strategy and channel management
  • Manage leads from the Sales &Marketing CRM system in conjunction with the sales team and deliver appropriate marketing campaigns to maximise sales
  • Plan, design and execute paid and organic social media campaigns on Facebook, Google Ad Words and other platforms, set up bespoke landing pages for marketing programmes, adjusting campaigns as necessary with respect to budget, estimated views, conversions and growing our audience / subscriber numbers
  • Drive the vision of the new company website and private sale micro sites, organise the Information Architecture for these and develop and maintain interesting and relevant content

Reporting and analysis:

  • Develop a reporting dashboard for all digital marketing channels
  • Compile monthly / quarterly or adhoc reports, using info-graphics and present against planned results of activity
  • Measure and analyse performance of all activities and implement the necessary changes to plans so that the business and marketing objectives are achieved
  • Provide recommendations for review (post campaign/monthly/annual) to maximise sales and enable more efficient spend of marketing budget
  • Work to agreed budgets with the Marketing Project Managers and / or approved suppliers ensuring consistent communications across all channels

PR:

  • Assist Head of Marketing with the development and implementation of the PR plan
  • Proof and wherever necessary write targeted and suitable copy to be used for marketing collateral or promotional purposes
  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants / Manager and /or Marketing Project Managers to ensure that marketing material is innovative, factual and relevant
  • Distribute press releases and build up and develop in-house database of press contacts

About you:

  • Ideally you will have at least 2 years' experience working in a digital media environment, preferably within either a Housing Association/ Private Developer or a Digital Media Agency which deals with properties
  • A passion for digital marketing
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • A clear, accurate writing style and the ability to produce fluent and persuasive copy
  • A data mindset, whether that's in outbound activity or reporting
  • Well-organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated
  • The ability to work well under pressure and on your own initiative
  • A real team player; you will need to build strong working partnerships not only with your peers and external stakeholders, but also with colleagues who work remotely, including those based in other regions, and often contribute outside your speciality
  • Search Engine Optimisation - on-page and off-page
  • Ability to build, manage and measure PPC, Google Adwords and other paid advertising campaigns
  • Social media - paid and organic (search engine optimisation)
  • Marketing automation
  • Experience with building and managing lead scoring models for B2B/B2C
  • Web analytics - Analysis and evaluation (including Google Analytics)
  • Experience owning and using a CRM system
  • Proven experience in owning and managing a complex website and optimising user journeys. CMS expertise is essential, as is experience in Information Architecture and delivering new websites
  • Knowledge of HTML (including coding), CSS, GIF production and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Previous experience of budget planning and supplier management
  • Developing and reporting on success measures / KPI
  • Digital qualifications or equivalent digital marketing experience
