Scrum Master - CONTRACT - Agile - Manchester

Scrum Master, Agile, 3-6 month contract required in Manchester to improve Agile processes and productivity within this exciting, fast paced business. This role will be to advise on best practice , improvements and to identify problems early enough to improve approach.

Skills and experience required:

* Solid background as a Scrum Master
* Certification (CSM) PMP-ACP or CSP
* Experience working with different Agile approaches
* Experience working with various software development practices (BDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Pairing, Automated Testing, DevOps)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate and work with distributed teams and various internal stakeholders
* Expertise in diligently applying Agile principles, practices, and theory

Required Skills/Experience

* Scrum Master Certification (CSM) PMP-ACP or CSP certification.
* Three or more years of experience as a full-time Scrum Master.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate and work with distributed teams and various internal stakeholders.
* Experience working with different Agile approaches (Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, etc.).
* Expertise in diligently applying Agile principles, practices, and theory (User Stories, Story Pointing, Velocity, Burndown Metrics, Agile Games, Tasking, Retrospectives, Cycle Time, Throughput, Work in Progress levels, Product Demos).
* Experience working with various software development practices (BDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Pairing, Automated Testing, DevOps).
* Highly organised, strong problem solving skills.
* High energy with a positive attitude.
* Eager and willingness to learn.
* Strong mentoring skills.
* Operate with high integrity and respect.
* Offer support and guidance with enhancing existing Agile processes.
* Ability to maintain a predictable schedule for delivery.
