Litigation Paralegal sought for a well accredited practice in Blandford Forum! The Firm Accredited by the Law Society for its high quality of legal services across multiple sectors, this firm is recognised for providing a strong level of client care. Well-established and with a network of offices, the firm is now expanding and hiring a Litigation Paralegal to join their office in Blandford Forum. The Role The successful Paralegal will be joining a reputable department in Blandford Forum. Supporting senior fee earners, you will have a minimum of two years` experience within a Litigation department. Your duties will include: preparing and drafting legal documents; file management; liaising with clients and other professionals; preparing Court bundles and briefs to Counsel; telephony; diary management; organising client related activities and; general office duties. It is essential for the successful Paralegal to be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner. Previous experience undertaking fee earning duties will be highly advantageous alongside participating in the business development and marketing of the firm. This is a full time, permanent position. The Candidate You must be a Paralegal or Fee Earner with a minimum of two years` experience within a Litigation department; You must have completed the Legal Practice Course or ILEX qualification; You will have good communication skills both verbal and written; You will be willing to participate in the business development and marketing of the firm; You will be able to handle your workload under minimum supervision; You will demonstrate good client skills; You will be able to work well within a team and on own initiative; You will be IT literate.
