Asset Manager and Asset Data Manager
My client based in the South West is looking to bring in an Asset Manager and an Asset Data Manager for a 6 month interim assignment.
Both day rates are negotiable up on experience.
Key Responsibilities - Asset Manager:
To provide leadership for a team delivering a strategic asset management function for the councils housing and corporate assets, along with landlord responsibilities for leased assets and a comprehensive property records service.

Key Responsibilities - Asset Data Manager
To manage a team who maintain all Asset Management data and records relating to General Fund and Housing related assets of both Councils. To be responsible for the accuracy and security of terrier, asset management databases, Geographical Information System information and the provision of a street naming service. To provide expert and definitive property records advice and information on which a range of other services rely to make key service and investment decisions.
·Experience of IT Project Management (assisting implementation of the new Capita Open Assets asset database)
·Advanced knowledge of asset and property data management issues, and an understanding of other related housing and property service areas
·Knowledge of medium term planning and the integration between service and financial planning
·Qualified to a degree level or equivalent
·Knowledge and experience of the legislation and codes of practice affecting the service area within the Council and the ability and vision to deal positively with the challenges raised by these
