Desktop Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Desktop Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our client, a leading law firm.

The Desktop Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Analyst will work on a shift pattern between 8am and 9pm.

As Desktop Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Analyst you will provide face-to-face and remote support to end users, troubleshooting technologies including Windows 8 and 10, Office 2010, Active Directory, Exchange, Blackberry's and various bespoke legal applications.

Any experience of the legal sector, MCSE qualifications, and Citrix understanding will be highly desirable.
