Due to continued growth a leading IT Managed Service Provider has multiple 1st Line Service Desk roles available supporting key customers.

Based from the Horsham office you will be part of UK Wide organisation with over 3000 staff who offer long term career progression and training.

We are looking for Service Desk Analyst who can bring the following experience to the role;-

  • Strong Customer Service experience
  • Previous 1st line helpdesk experience
  • Windows, MS Exchange, Active Directory are all highly desirable
