IT Payroll Consultant
My client is a global SaaS based Human Capital Management (HCM) software vendor and manages all HR and Payroll processes that improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs. Currently experiencing massive growth in the UK, they are looking for a UK Senior Consultant to liaise with client's to understand their Payroll Business requirements and deliver implementation.
You will need to drive the requirement analysis gathering and completion of final specifications, support new and existing HR system projects and implement Human Resources Management System (HRMS) in new client sites.
You will ideally have experience in the use & delivery of Pay Systems. Although a well est. product a 'start up' mentality is required.
Experience of SAAS Implementation an advantage as is knowledge of Payroll industry standards & processes.
Best practice HR, payroll or related business process and project experience.
SQL or PL/SQL experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Microsoft Office suite proficiency especially using project planning tools.
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
Strong commercial acumen, business analysis experience and impressive presentation skills
Experience of presenting to clients.
