1st Line Support Engineer / Helpdesk Support
Location: Farnham, Surrey
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 (dependent on skills and experience)

Tricorn Systems is looking to recruit a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their team in their Crondall, Farnham office.

The successful candidate will be located in an office with software developers and field consultants and will provide first-level support to Tricorn Systems? customers relating to Tricorn and partner products. Full training will be given on Tricorn and partner products but good knowledge of Microsoft applications including MS:Office and SQL would be an advantage.

All customer communication and support requests are logged in our support/CRM system and monthly statistics are produced of calls received, resolved etc.

In addition, occasional support and upgrades of internal Tricorn PCs and network would be required.

Useful Skills:

  • Call logging experience
  • Experience of working on a Service Desk / Technical Helpdesk
  • Support experience with Windows OS, MS Office applications and printers/hardware
  • Experience of being customer facing

The successful applicant may have a career advancement opportunity to software development or field consultant.

Own transport will be required as the Tricorn office is not served by public transport.
